The Captain's Club is Celebrity Cruises' complimentary loyalty program, with automatic enrollment after a guest's first sailing. Members earn points based on nights sailed and stateroom category, progressing through tiered status levels with added onboard benefits. The program also includes opportunities to earn Power Up Points from home through select promotions and activities.
How it Works: Club Points
Captain's Club points are based on nights sailed and stateroom category, with point values increasing by accommodation level.
- Inside & Ocean View: 2 points per night.
- Veranda & Infinite Veranda: 3 points per night.
- Concierge Class & AquaClass: 5 points per night.
- The Retreat (Suites): 8 to 24 points per night (depending on suite type).
- Solo Travelers: Earn double points when paying the full single supplement.
- Power Up Points: Earn points between cruises by participating in surveys, webinars, and social media activities sent via email.
Membership Tiers and Key Benefits
The Captain's Club features six tiers, with the most significant "Modern Luxury" perks beginning at the Elite level:
- Preview (0 points): The starting point before your first cruise, providing access to the loyalty newsletter and onboard booking offers.
- Classic (2-149 points): Unlocks after your first cruise. Benefits include a pre-cruise category upgrade (up to AquaClass), one free scoop of gelato, and a 10% discount on Wi-Fi and beverage packages.
- Select (150-299 points): Enhances discounts to 25% for internet and adds priority status for shore excursion waitlists and a complimentary wine tasting event.
- Elite (300-749 points): This is the "sweet spot" of the program. Members enjoy a daily coffeehouse-style breakfast, a nightly cocktail hour (5-7 p.m.) with unlimited drinks, and a free bag of laundry.
- Elite Plus (750-2,999 points): Adds two free bags of laundry, a 15% discount on specialty dining, and unlimited complimentary specialty coffees (cappuccinos, lattes, and espressos) throughout the entire sailing.
- Zenith (3,000+ points): The ultimate tier. Benefits include a complimentary 7-night Caribbean or Bermuda cruise, unlimited laundry, a complimentary Premium Beverage Package, and access to The Retreat Lounge regardless of stateroom category.
Important Information for 2026
- Loyalty Status Match: Thanks to the Royal Caribbean Group partnership, your Captain's Club status is matched one-for-one with Royal Caribbean (Crown & Anchor) and Silversea (Venetian Society). For example, a Celebrity Elite member is automatically recognized as a Diamond member on Royal Caribbean.
- Points Choice (New for 2026): For sailings departing after January 30, 2026, you can choose to credit your points to any of the three sister brands, allowing you to hit Zenith status faster even when sailing on Royal Caribbean or Silversea.
- Missing Points: If your past sailings are not showing, you have up to 12 months post-cruise to claim missing points by contacting the Captain's Club desk with your booking details.
