Responsibilities

• Sell cruise, vacation and product offerings
• Become a tourism and travel expert to assist clients in finding the vacations that are best for them
• Field inbound calls and make outbound calls
• No cold calling -- inbound calls, email leads and past clients only
• Collaborate with team members to meet monthly goals
• Display Personality, Drive, Energy, Passion that comes through the phone

Requirements

• 1+ years of sales experience
• Positive attitude and work ethic
• Outgoing, talkative personality with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work well with others in a very fast-paced environment
• Ability to learn and apply new knowledge and skills, including booking software and call-center telephone system
• Proficiency with email (Gmail) and internet search
• Comfortable making outbound and taking inbound calls
