Princess Cruises and Fathom Travel had added six additional 2018 Caribbean impact sailings, now to be known as Travel Deep sailings. The new voyages follow a highly successful inaugural sailing in January onboard Crown Princess with more than 150 guests joining locals for in-depth immersion into island life, a connection with local communities, a donation drop, and community care, making a tangible difference in their lives.

These unique sailings allow guests to give with their hands and hearts to those who have been impacted by the recent hurricanes. Due to growing demand for Travel Deep sailings, the following dates have been added, roundtrip from Ft. Lauderdale:

• Caribbean Princess, departing May 26, 2018 -- Ft. Lauderdale, Princess Cays, St. Maarten, St. Thomas, Ft. Lauderdale
• Caribbean Princess, departing June 30, 2018 -- Ft. Lauderdale, Grand Cayman, Roatan, Belize City, Cozumel, Fort Lauderdale
• Caribbean Princess, departing July 28, 2018 -- Ft. Lauderdale, Grand Cayman, Roatan, Belize City, Cozumel, Ft. Lauderdale
• Caribbean Princess, departing August 18, 2018 -- Ft. Lauderdale, Princess Cays, St. Maarten, St. Thomas, Ft. Lauderdale
• Royal Princess, departing November 17, 2018 -- Ft. Lauderdale, Princess Cays, San Juan, Amber Cove, Grand Turk, Ft. Lauderdale

These sailings will include experienced small group leaders, impact guides, unique onboard events and activities, as well as opportunities on shore to make a difference in the lives of those living on the islands of the Caribbean.

Highlights of the inaugural 8-day Crown Princess sailing that visited Antiqua, St. Maarten, St. Thomas and Amber Cove included an in-depth immersion into island life, a connection with local communities, a donation drop, and community care – with optional activities including rebuilding, beach clean-up, reforestation and therapy through arts.

Once booked, Princess Cruises/Fathom guests e-mail community@fathom.org to join the group, and from there, they will receive onboard credits and special invitations to Fathom on-board programming, networking, cocktail events and exclusive shore excursions.
