Upon arrival in Auckland you'll be greeted and set out on a city tour of Auckland, taking in the highlights and hidden gems along the way. Sites visited include volcanic Mount Eden, Cornwall Park, One Tree Hill, Auckland War Memorial Museum & Domain, Parnell Rose Gardens, Parnell Village, and the historic Holy Trinity Church. The tour concludes at Bastion Point for panoramic views over Waitemata Harbour and the beautiful homes along Paritai Drive. The tour will conclude at your hotel. After checking in, the remainder of your day is yours to spend at your leisure. Dinner is on your own this evening.

After breakfast, you'll begin with a drive outside of the city to the Waitakere Ranges and the West Coast of the North Island. Once you arrive, explore a pristine rainforest packed with 1,000-year-old kauri trees, stroll the black-sand beaches, and visit the mainland gannet breeding colonies on Muriwai Beach. After lunch, head back to Auckland for a ferry crossing to Waiheke Island where you'll spend the afternoon trailing Waiheke Island's renowned wineries, sampling some of the region's best wines. Afterwards, you'll head back to Auckland and your hotel, then regroup for a farewell dinner at a local restaurant.
