How do I get connected to the Ship WiFi onboard?

Getting connected to the Ship Wifi is easy and (sea)breezy. Here's how to do it:

• Once aboard, search for the WiFi network "VirginVoyages-SailorWiFi"
• Once your device is connected, you will be prompted to accept the terms of service. You will log in with your cabin number, including the deck and letter (ex: 10298Z), and date of birth in US format (ex: 04/22/1975).
• You can then select the plan of your choosing.

If the login screen does not automatically display, go to https://wifi-vv.com in your browser. If you have any questions, please speak to the Sailor Services Team on Deck 5.

How do I increase the speed of my WiFi?

If your VoyageFair Choice includes Basic or Classic WiFi, you can pre-purchase Premium WiFi before you sail through My Account.

Once onboard, you can visit https://wifi-vv.com (will be opened in a new window) to upgrade your internet service. If you have any questions, please swim by the Sailor Services Team on Deck 5.
