Azamara Cruises WiFi Packages

Ship-to-Shore Connections

You may be off the grid, but you're not out of touch. While at sea, stay connected with family, friends, and colleagues via cell phone, onboard Wi-Fi, phone, or mail. Please review your connectivity options and applicable charges below.

Stay Connected at Sea with Cellular at Sea

Set sail with Azamara and stay effortlessly connected using Cellular at Sea — ideal for moderate phone calls, texting, and light data use. Available once you enter international waters aboard all Azamara ships, simply ensure Airplane Mode is off to access services delivered via satellite, including Starlink where available.

Cellular at Sea activates approximately six nautical miles from shore and remains available until the ship nears land or docks. Once ashore, connect directly to local wireless networks.

For heavier internet use, stream videos, or work, high-speed onboard Wi-Fi packages (including our standalone Wi-Fi options or our value-packed Experience More Packages) are available for purchase.

Note: Cellular at Sea rates apply only onboard Azamara and select cruise ships when "Cellular at Sea" or "901" is displayed on your device. To the extent you are connected to land-based networks in Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean, cruise ship allowances may apply off-ship. Everywhere else (including where "Cellular at Sea" is not displayed), standard pay-per-use rates apply unless a separate land package is active. Usage onboard a cruise ship is required.

Visit cellularatsea.com for eligible ships and coverage details. Eligibility rules apply. Service availability and roaming speeds are not guaranteed.

Mobile Phones & Etiquette

Through Wireless Maritime Services (WMS), Cellular at Sea lets you send and receive calls and texts using your existing phone number. Remember to pack your cell phone charger and any necessary adapter plugs.

Guest Courtesy: Please set your ringtone to vibrate and refrain from using speakerphone or holding loud conversations in public lounges and dining areas.

Billing & Usage

Your home cellular carrier sets all cellular roaming rates and handles all billing directly on your standard monthly statement. Neither Cellular at Sea nor Azamara charges your onboard account for cellular roaming. Calls to 800, 888, 866, and 877 toll-free numbers incur standard roaming rates while at sea.

Please contact your home carrier's Customer Service team prior to departure with questions regarding roaming permissions, packages, and billing. Azamara staff cannot view or modify your personal mobile account records.
