travel programs and reside in the United States and where not otherwise prohibited by law. Participants must be 21
years of age or older. No purchase is necessary. Any purchase will not improve chances to win.
How to Enter: Sweepstakes will run now through October, with a new qualifying action and
sweepstakes window starting the first of the month, and ending on the last day of the month. The winner will be
contacted by phone within three (3) days of the sweepstakes ending, beginning on June 1, 2024 and ending October
31, 2024. For each of the months below, you may also register for this contest by mail by sending a correspondence
with your name, address, and phone number to: Arrivia, Inc., Attn: iCruise 20th Anniversary Giveaway 15147 N.

June: In order to enter into the sweepstakes running from June 1 until June 30, 2024,
iCruise member must sign up for SMS text alerts via this link. Once text alert subscription is confirmed, iCruise
subscriber is automatically entered to win.
July: In order to enter into the sweepstakes running from July 1 until June 31, 2024,
iCruise member must sign up for a free iCruise Travel Rewards membership. Once member is signed up for at minimum
the free tier (either in July or an existing member), iCruise Travel Rewards member is automatically entered to win.
August: In order to enter into the sweepstakes running from August 1 until August 31, 2024,
iCruise member must book any cruise sailing through the iCruise or iCruise Travel Rewards platform during the month
of August.
September: In order to enter into the sweepstakes running from September 1 until September
30, 2024, iCruise email subscriber must open every email sent to their subscribed email inbox during the duration of
the month of September. If subscriber signs up for emails after the first of the month, the qualifying period
adjusts to the day they subscribed. Once member is signed up and opens each email received, iCruise Subscriber is
automatically entered to win.
October: In order to enter into the sweepstakes running from October 1 until October 31,
2024, iCruise subscriber must be "following" iCruise's Facebook page, found at Facebook.com/iCruiseTravel. The name
on the profile must match existing iCruise account, in order to be contacted upon winning. Once member is following
Facebook page, iCruise Subscriber is automatically entered to win.
Winner Notification: The potential winner will be notified by the provided email and at
Sponsor's sole discretion, within approximately three (3) business days following the applicable drawing.
Prize: The winner is entitled to one (1) complimentary cruise ("Cruise") applicable for a 3-night or less cruise in a stateroom for two people, subject to all terms and conditions of the Certificate.
Government fees, taxes, and port charges are not included and must be paid at the time of booking by the winner.
Gratuities are are not included and will be added to each guest's onboard account. Must sail and disembark before
Dec. 31, 2025. Cruise is not transferable.
General: Winner is responsible for all charges incurred in excess of this offer, including
air/ground transportation, personal expenses, onboard spending and any fuel surcharges levied by the cruise line and
any associated taxes or government fees. Taxes on prizes and all expenses related to acceptance and use of prizes
are the sole responsibility of the applicable winner and the winner may receive a 1099 from Arrivia, Inc. By
participating, entrants agree: [a] to these rules and decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final in all respects
relating to this Sweepstakes; and [b] to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor from any and all injuries,

DAMAGES, WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES ARE ALLEGED IN TORT, CONTRACT OR OTHERWISE. SPONSOR MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR
WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ABOUT THE AWARD OR ANY PRODUCTS AND SERVICES PROVIDED BY THIRD PARTIES,
THE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES, OUR WEBSITE, AND/OR THE ACCURACY OF ANY OF THE INFORMATION, CONTENT OR MATERIALS
SPONSOR PROVIDES YOU.
Privacy Policy: By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree and consent to Sponsor's
collection, use and retention of their personal information provided in their entries for all purposes related to
the Sweepstakes (including, without limitation, processing and administering entries, sharing an entrant's personal
information with Sponsor's service providers, contractors, prizing partners, etc. as necessary to conduct and
operate the Sweepstakes, communicating with and awarding prizes to winners, making public announcements about
winners, and advertising, promoting and publicizing the Sweepstakes). Further, entrants agree to the Sponsor's

Governing Law: Except where prohibited, each participant hereby agrees by participating
that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any
prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the
appropriate court located in the State of Arizona.
Disputes: Except where prohibited, all issues concerning the construction, validity,
interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Contest Rules or the rights and obligations of the entrants,
winners, and Sponsor in connection with this Contest shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the
laws of State of Arizona, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State
of Arizona or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than
the State of Arizona.

account named Client Trust Account #21-136301 and California #CST 2066521-50. Registration as a seller of travel
does not constitute approval by the State of California. Arrivia is not a participant in the California Travel
Consumer Restitution Fund. California requires certain Sellers of Travel to have a trust account or bond. Arrivia
maintains a Consumer Funds Protection Bond issued by International Fidelity Insurance Company in the amount of
$100,000.00.
Certificate Terms & Conditions:
Certificate valid for one cruise in a stateroom for two for three nights, for a return date before Dec. 31, 2025.

Final departure date based on availability. Prize does not include air transportation; baggage, accident or

or distributors. Offer is not valid to participants who reside in Rhode Island, or as otherwise prohibited by law.
Sponsor does not control the cruise provider and is not responsible for the provider's actions or inactions
including, without limitation, performance, lack of availability, or representation of its products and its
services. In the event, you, your family or guests should incur injury, loss or damage through use of this
Certificate (whether directly or indirectly), Sponsor shall have no liability whatsoever for any such injury, loss
or damage, including, without limitation, any liability for consequential, incidental, punitive or indirect damages
(including, but not limited to, lost profits or lost savings), arising from, relating to or in connection with the
use or inability to use this Certificate even if Sponsor has been advised of the possibility or could have foreseen
such damages. This limitation applies regardless of form of action (whether in contract, tort or otherwise).
